As your bills soar, Labour Council returns money for insulating homes
As Green councillor Louise Keane says,
“We are all tightening our belts and worrying about the next energy bill increase. It’s frustrating to see that the Labour council has failed to spend £0.5 million of grant money for insulating homes and has returned it unspent. Greens would invest in decent affordable housing.”
