The Whitley Street shopping area is plagued by overflowing bins, dumped rubbish, and litter. Green candidate Louise Keane has launched a petition to get the council to tidy up the area.

Louise Keane said, "We’ve had success with trees planted, and protecting the Whitley Street grass from cars parking there. Now we’re working to tidy up the shop side. You can help! Sign our petitionto get the council to act on Whitley Street rubbish as well."
