Louise Keane (second last time in Katesgrove) has been working hard supporting residents in need.
Reading residents are being reminded that they have a number of options open to them to cast their votes at the council elections on Thursday May 6 - such as voting by post or by proxy (where someone else votes for you).
Louise Keane, Katesgrove campaigner says, "I’m so honoured to have been selected to stand again. I came second at the last local elections, and I know after all the hard work, and with your support, I can be a real voice for Katesgrove as a councillor."
“The local elections are always important for shaping the town, providing an opportunity for residents to make their voices heard. I'm pleased that the Council is putting into place measures to help ensure the safety of the electorate during these uncertain times.”
Residents can visit the FAQ page on the Council's website at https://www.reading.gov.uk/council/democracy/elections-and-voting/2021-local-borough-elections-and-police-and-crime-commissioner-elections/ to find out more about the elections on 6 May 2021. This page has information on registering to vote, voting by post and proxy voting.
Any residents who have questions, or who want to request an application for voting by post or by proxy, can also contact their local elections team at email@example.com,or by calling 0118 937 3717.
