David McElroy selected to stand for Redlands in council elections

20 February 2020

David McElroy and Cllr Jamie Whitham out campaigning on fuel poverty by Christ Church

After a fantastic Green win last year in Redlands, David has worked hard all year alongside new Green Party Councillor Jamie Whitham.

David said, “Thank you to everyone who voted Green last year, it’s fantastic to know so many people care, and want to make a difference.

“I hope that on Thursday May 7th people will choose me to continue to work hard.

“We’ve campaigned on fuel poverty, swimming, planning issues, and cleaning-up Redlands. Greens represent the community. We hold the Council to account and work hard on everything from parking to rubbish to potholes.

“If you aren’t registered to vote it takes two minutes and you can have your say in May. Vote Green for hard work and results all year round!”
