Jamie Whitham said, ‘Continuing our campaign to tidy up neglected Redlands Ward, we’ve got more bins added to Addington Road to tackle litter and smashed glass.

‘Residents contacted us about these problems on a road frequently used by young children, and in the short term we’ve had extra bins installed. In the medium term we’ll push for doorstep glass collection.

‘We’re also organising a community litter-pick, let us know if you’re interested.

‘If you want a councillor who cares about the area and will work hard with residents, year-round, then vote Green at the council elections on Thursday May 2nd.’
