Rob White selected to represent Park Ward

22 January 2018

Rob White

Councillor Rob White has been unanimously selected by Green Party members in Reading to stand for re-election to the Council to represent the people of Park Ward.

Rob said, “I’m passionate and committed to working to make Reading a better place to live. Together with the people of Park Ward, Green Party councillors have achieved much; from bread-and-butter issues like tackling parking and fly-tipping problems, to getting the Council to pay a living wage, but there is still a lot to do. I will continue to campaign with the community on issues like saving Arthur Hill, protecting our riverside from development, and defending our children’s centres.

“I want to continue to make a difference and hope people will elect me to be the Green Party Councillor for Park Ward at the council elections in 2018.”
